Q3: What warranty services do you provide?
A: We offer a 12-month warranty for the control box and a 3-month warranty for the handpiece. This allows you to use our products with peace of mind. Q4: How long do sample and bulk orders take?
A: Sample orders: Dispatched within 3 - 7 working days after the receipt of the sample payment. Bulk orders: Usually completed within 7 - 20 working days after payment confirmation.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance and payment via Western Union. For large transactions, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. These options provide you with flexible and reliable ways to meet your business needs.
